3779324 - Onboarding Dashboard filter sort order is not working - Onboarding

• The Onboarding Dashboard filter is not showing results when filtered by start date in descending order.
• The sort order in the Onboarding Dashboard is not working when descending order is selected.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. In the sort order, select 'Descending'
3. The candidates are not sorted in descending order

Error from DevTool Network Tab:

In the backend logs, there is a process ID with 'No Manager'

For Customers and/or Implementation Partner

• Create a support ticket and provide this KBA in the subject line to review the logs of the affected Onboarding Process IDs
• Once the process IDs are captured, confirm whether the user record is valid or not.
  • If valid, correct the record by adding a manager in Manage Data > Process
  • If not valid, purge the user record
