3779338 - The different behaviours of rule setting between Import Employee Data and API.

There is onSave rule to set the dedicated value for specific rule under jobinfo.

Prerequisite:

The visibility of this field is Edit./The visibility of this field is View, the "Allow Import" is yes.

• Import Employee Data

1. When importing via "Import Employee Data":

a. Whether or not the target field is included in the import file, and whether or not it contains a value, the field value will be set according to the rules.

2. When inserting via API:

a. If the payload does not include this field, the value won't be set according to the rules. Instead, the value will continue from the previous record. If it's the first record, the value will be null 

b. If the payload includes this field, regardless of whether it has a value or not, the value will be set according to the rules.
