3779346 - Capacity Scheduling Table app (F3770) disables dispatch button due to Locked Production Versions

In Capacity Scheduling Table app, when a material has multiple production versions, the app throws an error "Production version &1 for material &2 in plant &3 is locked "(61 648) and disables dispatch button for all the production versions. This is incorrect and happens only when the first production version of the material has status "1 Locked for any usage". The app should enable the dispatch button for unlocked production versions. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Change Material app ->Work scheduling tab, click the "ProdVersions" button and set the "Prod. Vers. locked" field as "1 Locked for any usage".
2. Create a production order.
3. Attempt to dispatch a production operation in the Capacity Scheduling Table app, dispatch is disabled.

This is a known coding issue.

The correction is planned to be delivered with 2608 CFD.02 release. The planned implementation date is August 26th, 2026.
