Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create or obtain a test tenant and update it to a preview tenant.
  2. Request that support transfer all models and data from an existed tenant to this new tenant.

Cause

The requested tenant-to-tenant content and data transfer is not performed by support; content migration between tenants is managed by customers.

Resolution
