3779411 - Team Tab Is Not Visible in Test Payroll Process with Process Type Category "TM (Team Monitoring)"

Symptom

The Team tab is not visible when creating or managing a Test Payroll Process that uses the process type category TM (Team Monitoring).

As a result, it is not possible to assign team members to the process.
