• Unable to add an entry in the config table T184 linked to SSCUI 102807.
• Error message: "No item category available (Table 184 OR CBOR ABC2 TAPA)".
• An existing line is visible in T184 but not linked to ABC2, which prevents product substitution.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to CBC and open SSCUI 102807.
2. Find the line in the table for OR CBOR ABC2 TAPA.
3. Try to add the line in the table.
4. Find the line in the table for OR CBOR and try to add ABC2.
5. Observe that both actions are not possible.

• It is not possible to add new entries in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Users can modify only fields that are not greyed out; combinations not offered by the system are not possible.

1. Acknowledge that table T184 is system-controlled in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and new entries cannot be added via SSCUI 102807.
2. If fields are editable (not greyed out) in SSCUI 102807, adjust only those values as permitted; if the combination is not offered, it is not supported in the current standard.
3. If the missing combination (for example, OR/CBOR ABC2 TAPA for substitution) is required, submit a feature request via the Customer Influence portal for consideration in future releases.
