3779530 - Duplicate Fact Sheets Created During ServiceNow Integration Sync

When running a full sync with the ServiceNow integration, the following error appears in the sync log:

"error creating FactSheet of type XXX >> error creating LeanIX XXX 'APP_A (5)'. Maximum limit of 5 duplicate Fact Sheets into LeanIX reached. Please review the source table to clear duplicate records of the same name."

This error occurs when the integration attempts to create more than 5 fact sheets of the same type sharing the same name. Fact sheet creation is blocked once the limit is reached, and the sync continues with errors for the remaining affected records.
