Resolution

Understand entity hierarchy: JobApplicationInterview → InterviewOverallAssessment (overall rating per interviewer) → InterviewIndividualAssessment (one record per competency rated).

refId: It is the id of the competency being rated in each InterviewIndividualAssessment row; it is not a reference to a job application, candidate, or interview slot.

Map by type and navigation:

  • type = COMPETENCY → refId points to a Recruiting (RCM) native competency; navigation property: rcmCompetency.
  • type = COMPETENCY_JDM2 → refId points to a Job Profile Builder (JDM 2.0) competency; navigation property: jobProfileCompetency.
