Symptom

  • The Supplier Reference on a Work Order changes after a Work Order revision.
  • Work Order revisions created through the SAP Fieldglass user interface display a different Supplier Reference than previous revisions.
  • Work Order revisions created through the Work Order Revision Upload connector retain the previous Supplier Reference.
  • Different Work Order revisions display different Supplier Reference values depending on how the revision was created.
