3779701 - Pricing procedure not determined and conditions tab missing for intra-company STO purchase orders – S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Pricing procedure/schema is not being determined for stock transport orders (STO), preventing allocation of freight and delivery cost conditions.
• The Conditions tab is missing at the item level of the stock transport order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app “Create purchase order - Advanced”.
2. Enter header details: select document type UD, provide purchasing organization, purchasing group, company code, and supplying plant.
3. Enter item details: provide material, quantity, receiving plant, and issuing storage location.
4. Observe that the Conditions tab does not appear in the item to add freight/delivery cost.
5. Save the document.

The pricing schema is not determined because the required configuration entry is missing in SSCUI 103202 (Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders) for the relevant combination.

1. Open SSCUI 103202 – Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders.
2. Maintain the missing configuration entry for the relevant combination (for example: STO document type, purchasing organization, company code, supplying/receiving plants as applicable) so that a pricing procedure is determined.
3. Save the configuration and ensure it is active.
4. Recreate or update the stock transport purchase order and check the item: the Conditions tab should be visible and pricing conditions (such as freight/delivery cost) should be available.
