3779756 - ASSERTION_FAILED dump in SET_TMINTRVL occurs during asset time-dependent parameter change

Symptom

An ABAP runtime error occurs when trying to change some time-dependent parameters (like cost center etc) in AS02: 

Runtime Errors         ASSERTION_FAILED
ABAP Program           CF_FAA_TMDPNDT_DATA===========CP

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
 "CF_FAA_TMDPNDT_DATA===========CP", in "SET_TMINTRVL". The
main program was "SAPLAIST".
