3779771 - IBP: Propagated Demand doesn't seem to be following PBR from downstream location

• The Propagated Demand Mean (BOM, TRS or total Propagated Demand Mean) at an internal product/location with one or more downstream sourcing targets (through transportation and/or production) doesn't seem to be following PBR from the downstream target.
• For example, if PBR at a downstream sourcing target is 2, the general expectation is that Propagated Demand Mean (PDM) will be > 0 every second period, while being 0 otherwise.  If downstream PBR is 3, the expectation is that PDM would be > 0 every third period, and 0 otherwise, etc. 
• Instead the Propagated Demand Mean is seen to be every week.
