Symptom

  • Unable to locate newly created FTP servers in the environment.
  • The FTP Server field does not display all available FTP server options in the Extract Search > Delivery Target Detail dropdown list.
  • With this issue ,how to validate or test the outbound connection from the lower environment to an FTP/SFTP server.
