3779799 - Duplicate UTC Timestamp Conversion Causing Discrepancies in Quality Notification

In an SAP Business Network integration scenario involving SAP Business Network for Supply Chain for Suppliers and SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, the administrative date/time fields during Quality Notification creation are incorrectly converted to UTC based on the UserTimeZone value in the outbound proxy.

Additionally, when a Quality Notification is updated from SAP Business Network, the date/time fields are processed using the current user’s system timezone instead of the creator’s system timezone.

In certain cases, the UTC conversion is performed twice, once in the ERP system and again in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network (CIG) , resulting in timestamp discrepancies between the ERP system and SAP Business Network.
