Symptom

Posting Concur expense reports or cash advances with the standard Concur Integration delivered by SAP for S/4HANA Cloud, results in error:

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The Business Place is only supported for the following countries:

· Brazil
· Philippines
· South Korea
· Taiwan
· Thailand

Other countries that make use of this functionality will not automatically receive the Business Place value during posting.

Resolution

SAP does not provide any specific direct solution for the usage of Business Place within not supported countries, though SAP does provide enhancement areas that can be used to manually assign the required Business Place through ABAP code.

In Concur postings manually assign Business Place to Expense Reports using BADI_CTE_FP_CB_CHG_BUS_PLACE and for Cash Advances use BADI_CTE_FP_CB_CHG_AD_BUS_PL.
