• No withholding tax (WHT) line items are generated when posting a partial Credit Memo via transaction FB65 for a Colombian company code.
• The original invoice exceeds the minimum WHT base amount and WHT is calculated correctly on the invoice.
• The Credit Memo references the original invoice but has a base amount below the configured minimum WHT base.
• WHT is not calculated proportionally on the Credit Memo based on the referenced original invoice.
• The Credit Memo base amount is evaluated independently against the minimum WHT base threshold.
