3779880 - Usage Bookings Not Visible In Review Customer Projects App For Resource-Based Work Packages

• Usage booking not showing in the Review Customer Projects app.
• Usage booking is missing from actuals and not considered in Estimate at Completion (EAC).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Review Customer Projects app for a project that has resource-based (fixed-price) work packages.
2. Check the actual costs/usage details for the relevant work package.
3. Observe that usage/material unit postings are missing.

Posting usage/material unit bookings directly on resource-based (fixed-price) work packages leads to them being treated as Service Units, which are represented separately from Resources/Expenses in the Review Customer Projects app and therefore are not included in EAC.

1. Post the relevant consumption as Additional Resource postings so they are mapped as Resources/Expenses on the resource-based work package; this ensures they appear in the Review Customer Projects app and are included in EAC.
2. Verify after posting that the actuals are visible in the app and that EAC reflects the postings as expected.
