3779891 - Unable to load data when viewing goal details from Team Overview on Delegated forms

• An error occurs when viewing goal information via Team Overview. The error message states: "Unable to load data. Check your internet connection. And if it's not it, try reloading. If that still doesn't help, check with your administrator."
  
  
• The issue is not occurring with all users and is specific to the goal details in the pop-out panel on the right.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log in as a manager
2. Go to Performance and open Team Overview.
3. Click Review to open the direct report’s latest performance form.
4. Ensure the form is delegated and the delegatee has accepted the delegation request.
5. In KPI/Goal Plan or Development Plan, click a goal to open the goal details flyout.
6. Observe the error: "Unable to load data. Check your internet connection. And if it's not it, try reloading. If that still doesn't help, check with your administrator."

This is a Known Issue.
A defect in the goal details layout when accessing forms from Team Overview on delegated forms (after the delegatee has accepted) leads to a permission handling issue that prevents the goal data from loading.
The delegatee can view the goal details, but the manager cannot until the form is no longer delegated.

Workaround
Cancel the delegation on the affected performance form, then have the manager access the goal details from Team Overview again. Alternatively, wait until the form reaches the manager’s step and then access the goal details from Team Overview.
