3779927 - Define reporting rules shows error G01028 "Function not supported in SAP S/4HANA Consolidation"

When opening the Define Reporting Rules app, the error appears: "Function not supported in SAP S/4HANA Consolidation. Message no. G01028".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Define Reporting Rules app.
2. Observe the error message: "Function not supported in SAP S/4HANA Consolidation (Message no. G01028)".

• The Define Reporting Rules app is not supported in S/4HANA Consolidation under the new Group Reporting logic and has been replaced by the Manage Reporting Rules app.
• The feature "Additional Reporting Rule Dimensions" is active, aligning the system to the new logic.

1. In SSCUI 106573 "Activate Features", the feature FINCS_ADDL_RPTG_RULE_DIMENS (Additional Reporting Rule Dimensions) is active by default for new system
2. Use the Manage Reporting Rules app instead of Define Reporting Rules to create and maintain reporting rules.
3. Open the Manage Reporting Rules app and configure the reporting rules as required.
