Symptom

  • The SAC authentication dialog repeatedly pops up and never ends

Environment

  • SAC Analytics Cloud Enterprise

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Embed SAC story into a custom portal using iframe.
  2. Open a story from the portal and wait until the SAC session times out.
  3. Refresh the page (for example, press F5).
  4. Observe that an authentication pop-up repeatedly appears in a loop.
