Symptom

  • Dialog Instance does not start automatically after failover or when the node comes back online.
  • Manual intervention is required to start the Dialog Instance.
  • Error message when running sapcontrol GetProcessList: "FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED (Connection refused), NiRawConnect failed in plugin_fopen()".
