3779980 - How to restrict a mandatory field warning message to display only for candidates? - Onboarding

When a warning message is configured to be raised when mandatory field (e.g. email information, phone information) value is missing, how to restrict it to display only for the candidate?

• Legacy "Basic" scenario is no longer available when creating a business rule.
• In if condition, "Context.Current User" is only able to select in "Basic" scenario but not in other scenarios e.g. "Rules for Hire/Rehire Processes" scenario, "Trigger onInit Rules for Hire/Rehire", etc.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. In Onboarding Personal Data Collection, attempt to configure a business rule to show a warning (for example, when mandatory fields e.g. email information is missing).
2. In the Rules for Hire/Rehire Processes scenario, try to add a condition based on Context.Current User to ensure the warning appears only for the candidate referring to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding: Onboarding Rule Con... - SAP Community 
3. Observe that Context.Current User is not available to select.

*Using Email Information as example:

1. Configure a rule with below sample condition:
   
2. Go to Manage Business Configuration > emailInfo entity.
3. Take Action > Make Correction.
4. Configure the rule as an onSave rule.
