3780002 - Deployment Fails on SAP Commerce Cloud 2211-jdk21.14 and Later Versions Due to Orphaned IntegrationObjectItemAttribute Records

Symptom

A deployment with migrate data fails on SAP Commerce Cloud 2211-jdk21.14 or later version during the ImpEx import phase.

The deployment logs contain errors similar to the following:
