3780091 - Issue when accessing new endpoint - Your connection is not private

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

After creating a new endpoint and adding an SSL certificate, when trying to open the endpoint, it turns out that the connection is not secure and the below error is visible:
