3780108 - SAP Data Services Web Service Logon Fails with CMS on Non-Default Port - Data Services 4.x

• When calling the SAP Data Services web services, if the CMS server is not listening on the default port, the logon fails with the following error:
  Logon failed. Error: Could not reach CMS ' <hostname>'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2151044 on the SAP Support Portal. (FWM 20030)
• webadmin.log.0 displays:
  Could not reach CMS '<hostname>'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030).
• The issue occurs despite the CMS port is correctly configured (e.g., 6401), indicating that the port may be incorrectly parsed or defaulted during the web service call.
