3780169 - Error Message "Error on sheet IS_EBDR_ADMIN, column B: field name REF_SYSTEM for structure SDBIL_EBDR_REQUEST_SENDLOGSYS is invalid" in the Manage Billing Document Request (F2960) App

When importing an excel template in the "Manage Billing Document Requests"(F2960) app, the upload fails with the error: "Error on sheet IS_EBDR_ADMIN, column B: field name REF_SYSTEM for structure SDBIL_EBDR_REQUEST_SENDLOGSYS is invalid."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Billing Document Requests"(F2960) app.
2. Use the import function and upload the provided Excel template.
3. Start the import; the system raises: "Error on sheet IS_EBDR_ADMIN, column B: field name REF_SYSTEM for structure SDBIL_EBDR_REQUEST_SENDLOGSYS is invalid."

The excel template maintained REF_SYSTEM in cell B1 (column B) on sheet IS_EBDR_ADMIN, which is not a valid position.

1. Open the excel template and navigate to worksheet IS_EBDR_ADMIN.
2. Maintain the field name REF_SYSTEM in cell A2 (column A).
3. Save the file.
4. Re-import the corrected template in the "Manage Billing Document Requests"(F2960) app and verify the import completes without the error.
