3780172 - HA integration disabled due to missing kernel library

Symptom

  • SAP ASCS/ERS is running in a SUSE Linux cluster with Pacemaker.

  • HA integration parameters in the ASCS and ERS profiles are correctly set as below

          service/halib = $(DIR_CT_RUN)/saphascriptco.so

          service/halib_cluster_connector = /usr/bin/sap_suse_cluster_connector

  • The SAP Start Service is unable to initialize the HA script connector
