3780237 - The attachment upload button grayed out during Additional Data Collection step - Onboarding

The user cannot upload attachment Additional Data Collection step, the upload buttons in the attachment section are disabled (grayed out).

1. Go to Custom Data Collection step and open Provide Additional Data.
2. Start/complete the task as prompted to proceed to the attachment section.
3. In the attachment section, observe that the upload buttons are disabled (grayed out).

MDF UI configuration issue.

1. Go to Manage Configuration UI.
2. Open the relevant custom MDF UI used for attachments.
3. Select Edit Properties.
4. Set Editable to Yes and save.
5. Refresh OData metadata.
