Candidate's names missing in Manage Pending Hires.

1. Initiate onboarding and complete onboarding process.
2. In Manage Pending Hires, select the candidate and observe first and last name fields are empty.

An onSave business rule on the Employee Central Personal Information entity (for example, a rule that adjusts the Personal Information effective start date) changed the effective start date so it no longer matched the candidate’s start date.

This mismatch causes name and other fields to appear blank in Manage Pending Hires.

1. Review Manage Business Configuration, Personal Information entity and identify any onSave rules that change the Personal Information effective start date.
2. Disable the business rule.
3. For users already impacted, restart Onboarding and correct the effective dates so data populates in Manage Pending Hires.
