3780250 - Missing Currencies UYI (Unidad Indexada) and UYW (Unidad Reajustable) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

While evaluating the financial valuation and reporting capabilities for implementations in Uruguay, it was identified that the additional currencies UYI (Unidad Indexada) and UYW (Unidad Reajustable), besides the regular Uruguayan Peso (UYU), are not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
