3780396 - Inconsistencies during rebase for statutory reporting parameters due to date format

Symptom

  • Inconsistencies occur during the rebase process.
  • Conflicts appear between the parallel line and main line for statutory reporting configuration.
  • Affected parameters: ES_VAT_INSOLVENCY_DATE, ES_VAT_REPRESENTIVE_1_POA_DATE, ES_VAT_REPRESENTIVE_2_POA_DATE, ES_VAT_REPRESENTIVE_3_POA_DATE.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Cause

Incorrect date format.

Resolution

  1. Maintain all date parameters using the correct format: DD/MM/YYYY, as per the product help.
  2. Use the value help when entering dates to ensure a valid format and value (avoid placeholders such as 00.00.0000).
  3. Enter the same valid date values in both the main line and the parallel line.
  4. Save the configuration and re-run the comparison or rebase to confirm the inconsistencies are resolved.
