Clicking a standard SmartRecruiters notification link (for example, a job approval link) opens the SmartRecruiters login page. Entering credentials on the SmartRecruiters login page fails since access is managed only through Single Sign-On (refer to KBA 3736961). The behavior occurs when the user does not already have an active SuccessFactors/IAS SSO session.
