3780424 - Referral Bonus Amount Field on Employee Portal - SmartRecruiters

Symptom

  • Unable to find a standard option to configure an Employee Referral Program in SmartRecruiters.
  • Unable to find standard fields dedicated to referral bonus payments.
  • The Referral Bonus Amount field can be populated, but the value does not appear on the "My Referrals" page in the Employee Portal.
  • Expectation that referral reward information should be visible to employees during the referral process or on the My Referrals page.
