Symptom

  • Flexible workflow cannot find an agent during approval step execution.
  • Error: "Execution agent rule 'CostCenterResponsible' failed".
  • Error: "No agent determined".
  • Error: "Recipient role with id 'CostCenterResponsible' cannot be resolved".
  • Error: "Agent determination for cost center responsible could not find an agent".
  • The cost center appears to have the correct responsible user assigned, but the workflow cannot determine an approver.
