3780530 - The goal weight is not displaying the same decimal value in goal plan page and form page - Performance Management

Symptom

In legacy Performance form, the goal weight does not display the same decimal value as on the Goal page, even when auto-sync is enabled for the goal section.

    • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
    • SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

    Reproducing the Issue

    1.Go to Goal Plan Page
    2.Enter a goal weight value, e.g., 2.175.
    3.On the Goal Detail page, the weight is displayed as 2.18.  
    4.Navigate to Performance form
    5.The weight is displayed as 2.17, which is different from the weight on the Goal Plan Page

    Cause

    This is a Known Issue.

    Resolution

    The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

    Workaround

    Enable the Latest Experience of Performance Management form in Performance Management Feature Settings.
