Symptom
- In Oracle, when loading an ODI file, if the record already exists and only the effective date differs, the record is skipped and not loaded.
- In HANA, when loading the same record via xdl and only the effective date differs, the record is processed and a new effective-dated version is created, although all business attributes are unchanged.
- Clarification requested whether xdl should create a new record/version when no business data changes.
