3780712 - Description translations are not saved in Manage Job Profile

Description translations are not saved in Manage Job Profile tool:

- Old Admin UI is affected;

- the issue also might happen in New Admin UI when the translation is copied and pasted.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Open the Manage job profiles page in Old Admin UI (toggle at the top right corner is disabled).
2. Open any job profile and click "next".
3. Click on a section and select the Globe icon to add a translation.
4. Select a language, add some content and click on the "OK" button.
5. Click "I'm done" to save the edit.
6. Open the Job profile again and see that there was no translation saved.

The same issue might happen in New Admin UI if the translation is copied and pasted, it works with the manual input.

1. The Old Admin UI issue is currently under investigation.

2. The New Admin UI issue is planned to be fixed with the new 2H 2026 release upgrade:

- Preview systems: on October 12th 2026;

- Production systems: on November 13th 2026.

Workarounds for New Admin UI:

• Manual input of descriptions;
• After copying and pasting the description it's necessary to add a space manually and click Save.
