3780728 - Stock Transfer Order Cancellation Not Possible Via Web Service or OData

Symptom

Cancellation is not available for Stock Transfer Order items while using web services or OData APIs, although cancellation is possible in the User Interface.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Cause

  • The Cancel option for Stock Transfer Order line items is available only in the Customer Demand view.
  • Currently cancellation of Stock Transfer Order line items via web services or OData APIs is not supported in SAP Business ByDesign.

Follow below steps to Cancel Stock Transfer Order line items in UI.

  1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control Work Center.
  2. Go to Customer Demand View.
  3. Search the Stock Transfer Order ABC (ABC represents Stock Transfer Order ID).
  4. Choose Edit.
  5. Go to Line items Tab.
  6. Select the relevant line item.
  7. Choose Cancel.
