3780799 - [Integration Suite] Navigate to artifact editor shows 'You are not authorized to access the page '/shell/design/' for active iflow; artifact missing from design

Error when opening an artifact from Navigate to artifact editor: "You are not authorized to access the page '/shell/design/contentpackage/.../integrationflows/...' or the page does not exist; contact your application or tenant administrator."

• The issue occurs when navigating from Manage integration content or from Monitoring > Message processing logs.
• Message processing continues successfully despite the artifact being missing from Design.
• The integration flow is deployed and started in Manage integration content, but it is not visible under Design > Packages.
• No access policies are configured in the environment.
