3780819 - Recruiting Report showing a Warning: Large reports might fail to run - Recruiting Management

When customer tries to save a report, they are receiving the following Warning:
"This report is estimated to return about (number) cells. Large reports might fail to run. It can impact the execution of other reports and slow down the system.
To avoid issues, remove unnecessary columns or add more filters. You can save the report, but for best results, try to keep it smaller."

When exporting the excel file, no data is shown only an error: "Error happened while running the Report"

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This report is currently fetching all data present in the system, which is a very large amount already.
When customer tries to add more fields, this value multiplies essentially breaking the report.

We would suggest to add a filter to the report, such that the amount of data being fetched is smaller (for example only using a job req ID or a specific date range or by removing empty referrals).
