Symptom

  • The payee name is not available in the profile menu; only an identifier (for example, vendor number or user id) is shown.
  • When proxying as a user, the profile window does not display the expected full name of Proxied user.
  • Replication shows administrators can see full name beneath the user id, while non-admin participants do not.
