3780873 - All actions button missing from employee profile - Onboarding

The "All actions" button is missing from the employee profile of a user in the system.

SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Input the name of the affected user within the "Search for actions or people" bar, this will navigate you to employee profile
2. Within the left hand side corner on the top, the "All actions" button is missing
3. Do the same search for a hired user and the button is there

Expected behaviour

• The "All actions" button is only visible for users that has been hired in the past or already hired as of now.
• The button is not visible for non hired users.
• It will be visible once an onboardee has been converted to a internal, hired user on start date.
