You are configuring the communication system for a communication arrangement using the communication scenario SAP_COM_0313. On the Business Partners tab, Business Partners are maintained individually. A bulk upload or mass-maintenance option for assigning supplier Business Partners is expected. 

By product design, communication scenario SAP_COM_0313 supports point-to-point EDI integrations, where each partner connection is individually arranged, configured, tested, and monitored. As a result, supplier Business Partners are maintained individually in the Communication System. 

Supplier Business Partners must be maintained individually in the Business Partners section of the Communication System for communication scenario SAP_COM_0313.

Mass maintenance of supplier Business Partners, the use of a generic receiver, and a standard API or other standard functionality to automate the assignment of supplier Business Partners to the Communication System are not supported.

For scenarios requiring connectivity with a large number of suppliers, SAP Business Network is the recommended solution. It enables communication with a large network of business partners through a single network connection instead of maintaining individual point-to-point EDI connections.
