During a system upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM), phase ACT_UPG stops with errors for following objects and error:

    3 EDO303 Data element "/BI0/OIRSPL_AGNT" was not activated

    1EEDT242 Field "RSPL_CRUSR": Component type is not active or is not allowed
    1EEDT242 Field "RSPL_CUSER": Component type is not active or is not allowed
    1EEDT491 Could not determine structure width of "/BI0/PRSPL_SUBPL"
    1EEDO251 Data type " " does not exist
    1EEDT005 Nametab for table "/BI0/PRSPL_SUBPL" cannot be generated
