Symptom
- The SAP B1 databases have been migrated to a new server and upgraded to SAP B1 10.0 2605. Additionally, a new application server has been established, where version 8.5.7 of the cloud connector has been installed.
- An error occurs when proceeding to the next step after selecting the database and the SQL server version.
- Error details:
An error has occurred.
Tenants could not be loaded. Please ensure that:
- The SQL connection data is correct
- If Single Sign-On is activated, your Windows user is assigned to an SAP user
- The connection to SAP works with the SAP B1 Client
OK - Error in the connector log: "No DB(s) configured to connect."
