3780989 - Page hangs after logon to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • After logon SAC tenant, it stays at the page "You are now authenticated. The request has been forwarded to the target system for processing." and never proceeds to the next step. 
  • Issue starts to happen since July 1st 2026.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise 2026.8.10 
  • Google Chrome version 150

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SAC tenant URL.
  2. Fill in credential and logon.
  3. Logon success but the page stays at "You are now authenticated. The request has been forwarded to the target system for processing."

Cause

It is related to the Chrome version 150 update. This issue is currently investigated by Development team. 

Resolution

This issue is currently investigated by Development team

Workaround: Clearing the browser cache can help temporarily resolve the issue.
