Users want to understand the expected values of the OnboardingHireStatus field in the ONB2Process entity for the following scenarios:
- Auto-hire is completed.
- The candidate is not auto-hired and is currently available in Manage Pending Hires.
- The candidate is not auto-hired and the hiring process is completed through Manage Pending Hires.
- The onboarding process is in progress and the candidate has not yet been hired.
No error message is reported.

Cause
The value of the ONB2Process.onboardingHireStatus field depends on the candidate's current hiring and onboarding status.
Resolution
The expected value of ONB2Process.onboardingHireStatus depends on the hiring method and the current stage of the onboarding process.

The status changes to Hired after the employee record is successfully created in Employee Central, regardless of whether the employee is hired through auto-hire or Manage Pending Hires.
