3781056 - Incorrect "Previous Value" for Pay Component Groups in Compensation Information Portlet

Symptom

The Compensation Information Portlet shows incorrect Previous Value(Previously) for Pay Component Groups when "Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile" switch is enabled.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Ensure that "Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile" switch is enabled in Configure Latest People Profile.
  2. Open an employee profile.
  3. Navigate to Compensation Information > History.
  4. Observe the "Previously" value of Pay Component Groups which is incorrect based on previous record.

Resolution

  1. This is planned to be fixed in 2H 2026 release (tentative).
  2. Workaround: Disable the "Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS Entities on Full Profile" switch in Configure Latest People Profile.
