3781064 - Cannot Modify Quantities for Outbound Delivery Goods Issue - SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

In SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), it is not possible to change or adjust quantities when posting a Goods Issue for an Outbound Delivery.

  • The quantity field appears locked or non-editable during the Goods Issue and Picking process for deliveries, whereas changing quantities is fully functional for all other standard Goods Issues and Goods Receipts.

  • No configuration parameter can be found in the backend configuration cockpit to enable quantity adjustments for deliveries.

  • Sideloading partial deliveries is blocked on the mobile client because quantities cannot be decreased or split.
