3781094 - Clock In Clock Out Employee Full Synchronisation shows zero synchronized employees

• The synchronization job for Clock In/Clock Out Employee Full Synchronization is not working as expected.
• Number of Employees Synchronised is '0' in EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION.
• When running the Employee Full Synchronization, the number of synchronized employees is always zero.
• The issue persists after using the Check Tool.
• No error or warning is shown while running the employee full synchronization.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Start : Clock In Clock Out Employee Full Synchronisation Details: EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION (EMPLOYEE_SYNC_CONFIGURATION)
3. Observe that the synchronized employees count remains zero.
   
   
   
   
4. Run the Check Tool > Application Clock In Clock Out > Clock In Clock Out employees are synchronised. (EmployeeDataSynchronized) > Run Check.
5. Run the synchronization again from Quick Fix and confirm that no employees are processed.
   
   

employee-status picklist incorrectly configured

1. Go to Picklist Centre.
2. search for employee-status..
3. Correct the picklist so that the valid employee status values required by Time Tracking exist, are active, and correctly mapped 
4. Ensure the external code of the standard picklist should not be altered.
   
   
5. Save the changes.
